Responsibilities:
-Support the BU for business development within PSM field if necessary.
-Establish PSM system and related KPIs in customer side, drive continuous improvement
-Provide expertise to customer to drive overall PSM performance ,e.g.PSI,PHA,MOC,PSSR,MI
-Update and maintain internal process control for PSM consultant team.
-Te be the team leader of PSM consultant team within the functional aspect.

-作为职能方面的工艺安全咨询师团队负责人。
Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant professional degree.
-More than 3years working experience of PSM management experience, prefer in chemical and energy industry
-Abundant PSM element experience in HAZOP/MOC/PSSR/MI/ER, highly prefer good risk analysis experience.
-Proved leading abilities in EHS/quality project management
- Self-motivated, shared service attitude,lean to learn meet the challenge.
-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.
- Be able to communicate well in English orally and in written form.
资历要求
-大学及以上学历在化工、机械、电子或相关专业学历。
-3年及以上工艺安全相关任职经验，推荐化工和能源行业从业经验。
-丰富的工艺安全相关元素管理经验，包括但不限于：HAZOP/MOC/PSSR/MI/ER，尤其推荐良好的风险评估的经验
-具有良好的EHS、质量项目管理能力和领导力。
-自我驱动，分享服务的态度及愿意学习并接受挑战。
-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。
-良好的英文口语及及写作能力。

-Establish Operation excellence management system and related KPIs in customer side, drive continuous improvement
-Provide expertise to customer to drive overall operation efficiency of the manufacturing plant to
improve costs, delivery lead time and quality;
-Help clients to drive innovations by consistently challenging the organization what good looks like,not limited to energy ,raw/package material,working capital,working process,head count,pack yield
-Update and maintain internal process control for operation exellence consultant team.
-Te be the team leader of Operation excellence consultant team within the functional aspect.

Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering or relevant professional degree.
-More than 7 years working experience of manufacturing leadership experience, prefer in chemical and energy industry
-Abundant Cost saving project experience in pack yield,energy,manpower,working flow,material etc.
-Proved leading abilities in EHS/quality project management
- Self-motivated, shared service attitude,lean to learn meet the challenge.
-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.
- Be able to communicate well in English orally and in written form.

-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。

-Make the schedule for EHS and implementation after approval.
-Lead the EHS project implementation and adjustments as a senior coordinator between customer and internal project team.
-Be contact from corporate level between customer and corporate in process fields, To support and as an ordinary consultant in process field for VIP customers and potential customers.
- Knowledge and skills transfer and training within EHS field.
-Update and maintain internal process system for EHS consultant team.
-Te be the team leader of EHS consultant team within the functional aspect.

-Experience in chemical, supply chain field or holder of certified logistics engineer will be a plus but not a must.
